DROP-OFF CATERING SERVICE... For meetings or events where self-service will suffice (or several employees or managers would like to serve up the food), we suggest "drop-off" catering, where we bring the food in bulk aluminum pans with all the serving utensils, paper plates, napkins and silverware.

FULL-SERVICE CATERING... When a higher level of service is desired, our speciality is full-service buffets. We bring our buffet tables and chafing dishes, set-up, serve and clean up.
