Buy-Out the Club for Private Parties With seating for up to 400, you can book Famous Dave’s BBQ & Blues Club for your private party – day or night, 7 days a week. We offer a complete, fixed menu package that includes many of our award-winning appetizers, entrees and desserts, and is certain to satisfy all your guests. If you have special menu requests, that’s not a problem. Depending on your event, you can choose from table service, buffet stations or a combination of both. Beer, wine and liquor can be available on an open tab, cash bar, with beverage tickets, or however suits your needs and budget. And if you’re planning an evening event, you can book whatever entertainment you’d like, or our Music Director can work with you to provide the live music you desire... whether that’s Blues, Zydeco, Motown, Salsa, Swing or Rock. Special stage lighting, microphone or other AV requirements can be set up to meet your needs. |
Reserve Semi-Private Events (up to 200 guests) For Monday-Saturday lunch, or our Sunday brunch, up to 200 guests can be accommodated -- with no room rental charge. On Monday-Thursday evenings, we can provide you an area of our lower level dining room, upper level bar, or VIP “Lava Lounge” for your group of 20 to 200. Depending on your preferences, we can offer either table service or buffet-style, with a fixed package that includes many of our award-winning appetizers, entrees and desserts. | Following is some basic information on costs and what is included: | |||||||||||
| - Lunches $12,500 buy-out minimum charge, Sunday-Thursday nights $12,500, and on Friday and Saturday nights $25,000, plus tax on buy-out (7.015% on food, and 11.0% on liquor) and 17% gratuity on food and liquor actually ordered. If there is a remaining balance from the $12,500 or $25,000 and the food and liquor ordered, that amount will be taxed as "rental" at the 7.015% rate.
- Famous Dave's Club, with the exception of the small, separate takeout area in the back, will be private from 5:00 PM till 1:00 AM close. Famous Dave’s will provide security at each entrance. - Generally, round tables of 6 are set up in the lower dining area, though seating configuration can be modified to meet your needs. - Either table service, buffet style, or a combination of both can be used, depending on your preference. |
- Buses can be parked in our loading dock if needed, and regular vehicles can park in the ramp at no charge. - A $600 decorating credit is provided. This could provide a champagne fountain, ice sculpture, etc....whatever you would like. - A $1,200 band credit will allow you to choose whatever kind of music you would like for the evening (e.g., Blues, R & B, Country, Motown, Salsa, Swing, etc.), and our music director will book it if you’d like.
